Glow Juicery & Oxygen Yoga Windermere invite you to learn to learn the tools of mindful movement, breath work & meditation that can assist in anxiety management ~ hosted by Katie Jolicoeur, Founder of Be Free Yoga & the Free Woman Movement.

Following this 60 minute practice, I will speak to the support of nutrition and conscious food choices that can assist & potentially alleviate symptoms for those experiencing anxiety.

This workshop is accessible to all experience levels & is designed for those dealing with anxiety, or supporting loved ones with anxiety related concerns.

This unique yoga + educational event will be followed by cold-pressed Juice refreshments provided by Glow Juicery.

All funds from this workshop will be donated to the amazing Be Free Yoga Project.
